I weighed in this morning, my disclaimer is that it was later than normal and I had already eaten breakfast. I know that for the past two weeks my weight has fluctuated, I had gained back what I had lost and then some. But I can happily report that I lost it all again and now 0.2 more. So that is for a total weight loss of 0.6 pounds… Not what I would have liked. I would have liked to have lost 5 pounds by now. But life is such that I’m not quite at one pound yet. But I have seen changes in my energy level and how I feel. I have been drinking lots more water, easy to do once there is no more soda in the house.
I’m ready to see my weight drop some more by next week.
